ESE BV offers two services...

HR interim management

ESE BV provides temporary replacement of the HR manager/-director in internationally operating companies. In some companies also facility management, as e.g. Health, safety, security, environment, catering, office services, maintenance, quality management and lease fleet, are part of the position. Within ESE BV there is ample experience with managing these activities.

The execution is done by Ep Haven, who has a lot of experience with temporarily replacing HR managers/-directors and who has held these positions on a permanent basis with several multinationals.

Consultancy

ESE BV offers consultancy services on international issues in the HR and Organisation area. These services are executed by Ep Haven, who specifically focuses on change management projects within internationally operating companies. This could e.g. concern outsourcing projects, shared services projectsen and integration of acquired companies.
